5.4 In-Play Betting. 5.5 Disputes. Any dispute relating to the outcome or settlement of a bet must be raised with rt777 support within 72 hours of the relevant event's official completion. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted for review.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to you via your last used payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
13.3 Survival of Terms. The following provisions shall survive the termination or closure of your rt777 account for any reason: sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
